Description
This is a brand new in box, original Nikko Super Fox 4WD buggy from 1986. The buggy is mint, brand new, never run, complete with box, transmitter and manual. The white wheels have a little colour fade on one side – simply from sitting in a shop for almost 30 years. But other than that this buggy is mint, pristine – never run. I did put batteries in it, just to make sure it powered up – and it operates absolutely perfectly (I did not run it on the floor). The Nikko Super Fox is a truly beautiful, old school buggy – you may never find a nicer one. Everything is included – the manual, transmitter, antenna, antenna tube, and original box. The box is in pretty nice shape too – not perfect, but highly presentable and with great photos.
Nothing beats brand new when collecting vintage R/C toys – so don’t miss this rare chance to own such a lovely Nikko Super Fox.

History
The Nikko Super Fox is surely one of the most attractive buggies ever released by Nikko. Featuring a great colour scheme, real sponsor decals, window netting and spotlights, it’s a buggy that fans of vintage Tamiya and Kyosho cars will appreciate. Released in 1986, it was also one of Nikko’s earliest 4WD buggies – as they joined the 4WD bandwagon in the R/C buggy market (4WD buggies were very popular from about 1985 onward). Running on 8xAA batteries and featuring the ever popular “Turbo” gimmick on the transmitter, this is also a car capable of quite entertaining speed. Definitely a classic buggy from the golden era of realistic R/C, that every Nikko fan should own.
