What kinds of things are for sale from R/C Toy Memories?

All the items listed on the Items For Sale page are genuine vintage items that I (the owner and author of this website) have collected. I don’t sell items on behalf of anyone else. I am not a business. But obviously when you collect and write about vintage toys, you can end up with quite a lot of toys. And I can’t keep everything! So simply keep an eye on the Items For Sale page to see any vintage items I am letting go.

Is it safe to buy directly from R/C Toy Memories?

When you purchase from me, you are buying from someone who is both a long time collector, and has been an eBay member since 1999. I have made many friends among other collectors around the world. You will not find a more genuine collector, and every item that I sell from my collection is packed and posted with great care.

How would I pay for something?


I accept Paypal from all customers. I am Paypal Verified, and you will be covered by Paypal Buyer Protection. I can also accept Bank Deposit (from Australians only)

How will my item be posted?

Postage will be calculated based on where you live. I ship Worldwide.
All International orders are shipped via Express Post and are fully tracked.
All Australian orders are shipped With Signature and are fully tracked also. All customers receive a tracking number, and even a photograph of the item, when it is posted.
Insurance is also available at buyer’s cost. All items are packed very safely. Really, I am happy to post your item any way you like – so long as it is a method that includes tracking.

Do you still sell on eBay?

Yes I do. I first joined eBay in 1999, so please see my eBay feedback there. I still list most items on eBay. But with Paypal offering their own buyer/seller protection, there seems little point in us small time sellers even using eBay anymore. So if you buy something from me directly, the price will be about 10% lower than what I have listed it for on eBay.

The arrival of this little red Maserati has sent me happily back to my childhood.   2. I had been searching for a new in the box Yonezawa buggy for a long time. A very nice mint Yonezawa Land Dash made in 1984 came up for sale on this site. In this condition was extremely rare and it was a great price. I purchased it and not long after I received the parcel. It was one of the most carefully packaged items I have ever been sent and it arrived exactly as described in the photos- which was in perfect condition. Rob is profesional, easy to deal with and true to his word. Thank you- from Wesh.
