R/C Toy Memories now has it’s own discussion forum

I know, I know, R/C Toy Memories has not been updated for ages… except it has! It got a big update today – with a new site design, and the addition of a discussion forum area!

So that’s something, at long last. And my apologies, as I have just not had a lot of spare time in recent months. But hopefully this (and future updates) will get the ball rolling again. Please head to the forum and post a message to introduce yourself, or share a topic or memory about your favourite vintage R/C models.

I’m quite keen to see if the forum looks/works ok, and how easy it is for you to join & post a topic or comments. https://rctoymemories.com/forum/

As with all discussion forums, these places are only as good as we make them. Please keep things friendly, and please read the “Welcome” note for the (very short) list of do’s and dont’s 🙂  Hopefully the long-awaited, and probably much-needed addition of this forum will help collectors and enthusiasts connect, and perhaps even allow for some trading.

As always – happy collecting!

Cool feature, but I also urge you to join Facebook as you’re missing out on a large audience!
I still try to direct traffic to the rctoymemories site where I can.
On another note, having difficulty creating a forum account..

I had Zero probs registering; I think it is just an issue for ‘facebooky’ types. 😀 Personally, I think facebook is beyond crap compared to a forum. FB seems to be great for the latest info but about useless for easily finding older stuff in archives. I still don’t understand why so many great forums are dying since everything went to fb, I think there are not enough of us older chaps to keep a forum going & newer people prefer ‘social media’, so maybe our own fault? Either way, unless you’re Zuckerberg don’t hassle me for my opinion- Yeah,… Read more »
